Information about cookies

Under Swedish law on electronic communications, SFS 2003:389, everyone who visits a website using cookies should be informed about it and its purpose.
This information will tell you what they are used for and how they can be avoided.

What is a cookie? A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer and contains information.
Cookies are normally used to improve the site for the user. There are two types of cookies: The first saves a file that remains on your computer. It is used to customize a site to the visitor's preferences, choices and interests. The second type is called a session cookie. During the visit to a website, stored temporarily in your computer's memory. Session cookies are deleted when you turn off their browser applications. No personal information is stored somewhere.

The use of cookies on Xservice Network Services through xservice.net use only session cookies, in order to know which language you have chosen. If you do not accept cookies you can disable cookies via your browser's security settings. You can also set your browser so that you receive a warning each time a site tries to set a cookie on your computer.
